Ever worry about losing your prop on a rock or in shallow water? This boat is the result of that worry in myself as the lake I want to use it in has uncharted rocks and varying water levels. It's also the result of me having on hand a good ford 460 engine from a low mileage motor home and a jet drive from a Berkeley speed boat. The boat runs and drives but with two problems: the control cables from the original jet boat were not quite long enough for this boat so the turns are not well executed ...
