This boat has been abandoned at a marina. It has been looked after and kept up, but needs a new owner. The boat will be sold with a bill of sale. The boat is in good shape, just needs some TLC. Structurally the boat is fine, no soft spots anywhere on the decks. The sail appear to be in good condition. The engine runs good, good, but has a small exhaust leak on its elbow.
